IMG_5022_edited.jpg

Lee is an Air Force veteran, having spent 22 years serving our country. He started his personal training and sports nutrition coach career 18 years ago, and has managed that alongside his military career. He also applied that experience to train fellow service members and special forces trainees. Lee earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Exercise Science and Human Performance during his time in the Air Force career to further support this follow-on career after retirement. Additionally, he has experience in coaching girl’s gymnastics, youth athletic development, corrective exercise and more in addition to managing personal training programs at various gyms. Lee also spent some time as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at a D2 university, along with private strength and conditioning for high school athletes.

Lee has always been athletic, doing a lot of individual “extreme sports” and playing soccer. He eventually developed an interest in bodybuilding as a teen, and finally competed for a few years in this as well as Physique competitions. He then decided that obstacle racing would be more rewarding and had focused on that for many years. Those experiences developed his current training philosophy, and he now promotes functional training for health, mobility, ease of every-day tasks, and performance in and out of sports programs. He drives his clients to meet their individual goals with focused training and encouragement to perform at their full potential.
